This is how it works.

Choose from one of the many thousands of free WordPress templates available and let me know which one you want for your new website. I will install the template and format your text/copy to work with your new site. I will also add appropriate images where needed.
Purchase hosting – this is important because it will give you the ultimate control over your new website. I can refer you to a hosting company that will charge less than $100 a year. With this package, you will get unlimited bandwidth, unlimited email accounts, mobile email access and access to all your website stats so you can track your visitors and how your site is performing. You own the hosting. You own the domain. You own your own website.
Don’t be hostage to a web developer. Most of the time, you will find that you will constantly be charged for any changes that you want to make to your own website. This can include anything from updates to software to changing text and graphics. And you will have to wait for these changes to be made according to your webmaster’s calendar. Take control by taking full ownership in your website!
Once you own your hosting and domain, I will install WordPress for you and install the template of your choice. I will upload your text, format it appropriately, and add any graphics or images to your site for you. I will set you up with a blog page, contact page, and about us page in addition to your home page. Once all has been set up, I will give you a lesson on how to maintain your site and hand over the keys!
